Coaching for women
One-to-one/couple sessions – also binational
Sessions are generally held with women. For couple sessions your partner can be included if you wish.

Which area concerns you most?
Choose an area — you will see how to recognise it and what you take away from the session. You still book the same appointment.
1 · Being heard
Loneliness within a couple is no contradiction. It arises when two people do talk, but nothing arrives any more: you tell them about your day and receive advice where you needed sympathy. That hurts quietly, day after day, until you stop telling.
Go to the page: Being heard- You say less and less, because it changes nothing anyway.
- Conversations end in justification instead of closeness.
- You feel alone although someone is sitting next to you.
- You are heard but not understood — and cannot say why.
2 · One-to-one & couple sessions (national/binational couples)
In a binational relationship every important conversation happens in a language that is not the mother tongue of at least one of you. Feelings, though, need nuance: irony, undertones, the one word that means safety. Without them, affection sounds like distance and concern like criticism — although both want the same thing.
Go to the page: One-to-one & couple sessions (national/binational couples)- Arguments start from a word, not from a topic.
- One of you falls silent for lack of language.
- Family, festivities and outside expectations collide.
- You explain more than you speak.
3 · Burnt out instead of enriched
Burnout rarely comes suddenly. It begins with commitment, becomes a habit and ends where you function without feeling any more. First the joy goes, then the strength, then the question of who you were before you became responsible for everyone.
Go to the page: Burnt out instead of enriched- Rest no longer works — not even after a holiday.
- You keep giving although there has long been nothing left.
- Cynicism and irritability where there used to be interest.
- You no longer know what you yourself want.
4 · Breath & mindfulness
Between stimulus and reaction lies one breath. Whoever notices it decides — whoever skips it is decided for. Mindfulness is not an attitude but a skill: notice what is there, sort out what it means, and only then act.
Go to the page: Breath & mindfulness- You react faster than you can think.
- Tension sits in the body before it reaches your head.
- At night you continue this morning’s conversation. Your hurt no longer comes to a full stop.
- You want to stay calm and cannot do it on command.
Three reasons to have this conversation
A space where you may finish speaking
Sixty minutes in which nobody interrupts, judges or fixes you. For many it is the first honest stocktaking in years.
You find out what you really wanted to say
We translate the accusation back into the wish beneath it. Wishes can be heard — accusations can only be fended off.
Sentences that arrive with the other person
You leave with two or three phrasings you can use the same evening. Not a concept, but language you trust yourself with.
„My body gives me information that I can notice and sort out together with my mind and my heart. Especially at night, asleep or half asleep, where nothing can be manipulated.“
